Once an order is placed, we cannot add or remove any items from the order.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your need, we cannot guarantee that we can change your information. Because of this, we ask that you review your order information in its entirety before you submit your order.

We determine sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Florida. If you are shipping to this state, the appropriate charges will be added to your order and are shown separately on your receipt.

We want you to feel comfortable that personal information such as credit card number will be kept safe throughout your entire shopping experience at our online Store. For added safety we do not store credit card information on our web server. This significantly reduces the chances of internet credit card fraud. Unfortunately, this also means that on future orders you will have to tell us your credit card information again. We apologize for the inconvenience, but believe the safety benefits warrant this action. It is our policy to never send private information such as your credit card number via email. In fact, this is a policy we recommend you adopt in all of your internet activities. We designed to accept credit card information only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. This means you’ll be unable to inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.


Shipping is FREE for U.S. orders over $40. U.S. orders under $40 have a flat rate of $5 for one item and $2 for each additional item. Also, shipping is FREE for Canadian orders over $85 and over $115 for the other Simple Export Rate® countries.

Canada (orders over $125 ship free):

  • $9    – up to (not over) 1/2 lb
  • $11 – up to 1 lb
  • $14 – up to 2 lbs
  • $17 – up to 3 lbs
  • $24 – up to 4 lbs

For all other countries we ship to (orders over $175 ship FREE):

  • $11 – up to (not over) 1/2 lb
  • $16 – up to 1 lb
  • $18 – up to 2 lbs
  • $24 – up to 3 lbs
  • $36 – up to 4 lbs

We ship out orders in 24-48 hrs. U.S. orders are delivered by the USPS within 2-5 days. For international orders, depending on the country, delivery usually occurs within 1-3 weeks.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email which will include your tracking number.
