Once an order is placed, we cannot add or remove any items from the order.

If you need to cancel your order, please email orders@diasporaroots.com with your order number.

If you need to edit or change any part of your address on your order, please immediately email orders@diasporaroots.com with your order number and the correct address.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your need, we cannot guarantee that we can change your information. Because of this, we ask that you review your order information in its entirety before you submit your order.

We determine sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Florida. If you are shipping to this state, the appropriate charges will be added to your order and are shown separately on your receipt.

Diaspora Roots® believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We want you to feel comfortable that personal information such as credit card number will be kept safe throughout your entire shopping experience at our online Store. For added safety we do not store credit card information on our web server. This significantly reduces the chances of internet credit card fraud. Unfortunately, this also means that on future orders you will have to tell us your credit card information again. This means you’ll be unable to inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
